Reactome User Video Tutorial Series

The Reactome User Tutorial Series is a of number user focused videos to help new and experienced users get the most out of Reactome resources. Timely updates will be posted to the series touching upon all of the available tools.

Introduction

The introduction tutorial introduces the user to the basics of the Reactome data model, describing how the data model is extended, allowing the description of the rich set of biological activities that occur in cells. With the data model described we introduce the basic web user interface available on the Reactome site. A brief description of data analysis tools available is provided.

Pathway Browser

This tutorial will demonstrate how the Reactome Expression Analysis tool assists with the biological interpretation of large and complex gene or protein datasets through the visualization of thousands of data points in the context of Reactome pathway diagrams.

Pathway Analysis

A brief description of the Reactome pathway analysis tool. The tool allows you to analyze a list of protein, gene, expression data or compound identifiers and determine how they are likely to affect pathways.

Expression Analysis

This tutorial will demonstrate how the Reactome Expression Analysis tool assists with the biological interpretation of large and complex gene or protein datasets through the visualization of thousands of data points in the context of Reactome pathway diagrams.
